Refunds & Returns

I do not accept returns for any items unless they are damaged in transit. All artwork is custom printed to order.

In the unlikely event of an item being damaged in transit, please email me at faye.dunmall@gmail.com within 2 working days to get instructions on how to return the damaged item for a replacement. Please do not return any items to me until you have had a response.

All prints leave the studio in perfect condition, in heavy duty postal tubes unless otherwise stated. Please do not accept delivery of an item which has clearly been damaged in transit. Any delay in reporting damage caused in transit may affect my ability to replace your order. 

Please note, I accept no liability for damage caused whilst unpacking or unrolling your print.
