Delivery is free within the UK.

All artwork is shipped using Royal Mail or ParcelForce in a heavy duty postal tube, signed for and tracked. You will receive an email when your order has been sent. 

If ordering from outside of the UK please be aware that your artwork may be subject to taxes and other import charges in your country which are outside of my control.

Dispatch & Delivery

Dispatch time: 
I aim to send all artwork within 7 working days.

Delivery time:
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once the item is dispatched, you should expect it delivered to your door as per the following:

  • United Kingdom Standard Delivery: 1-2 working days

  • Europe: 2-5 working days

  • United States: 2-5 working days

  • Rest Of World: 5-10 working days

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

All items require a signature upon delivery. If an order is sent back to me due to a customer not being able to receive the item(s), they will be liable for all costs incurred. 

Standard delivery times for couriers are Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm. However, I appreciate that you may be busy or at work and unable to take delivery at home. If needed, you are able to specify an alternative address for your artwork to be sent to at checkout. If you prefer a Saturday or AM delivery, please feel free to contact me with the artwork you are interested in and I will send you a quote.

Please note that during UK Bank Holidays and busy periods such as Christmas, it may take slightly longer to receive your order. I will always do my best to inform you about any delays. Please email me if you have any questions.

How will my artwork arrive?

It’s perfectly normal to worry about an artwork in transit, but rest assured that all artwork sent is:

  • Well packaged in a heavy duty postal tube by Royal Mail or ParcelForce, signed for and tracked

  • Fully insured against damages

I take every care to ensure your artwork arrives safely and, in the unlikely event that it doesn’t, you will receive a full refund/replacement. All deliveries require a signature as proof of delivery. It is important that you check the package for damages prior to signing. If the parcel is damaged, please sign 'Received Damaged'.
